Wasn’t going to get any autographs at this con because i didn’t have anything i thought would be cool to have autographed.  Then it occurred to me that i had Cards Against Humanity in my backpack!

Gil: “Oh, I just learned how to play this game today!” Me: “Yeah, I heard that from my friend who played with you!  I hope it wasn’t too weird for your first con experience; it’s a terrifying game.” Gil: “Oh no no no not at all!!”

God: Rob Benedict

Rob: “God! Nice!” 

Leveling up: Osric Chau

Me: “So, leveling up seemed like your kind of thing.” Osric: “Yeah!  Hey, check out my shoes!!” *pokes his feet out from under the signing table, is wearing Pokemon shoes*

Vigilante justice: Kim Rhodes

Me: “So i was so excited after you talked about CAH at your panel today…” Kim: “YES!  Oh this card is really perfect for Jody!  This is so great!”

Nubile slave boys: Sebastian Roche

Me: “I couldn’t decide, so would you rather sign ‘A foul mouth.’ or ‘Nubile slave boys.’?” Sebastian: “Oh i LIKE this one, yes, nubile slave boys!”

Just the tip: Misha Collins

Me: “So, i feel kind of awful giving you this to sign right after you sign a card for a sick girl in the hospital…” Misha: “You should be ashamed of yourself!” 

BATMAN!!!: Jensen Ackles

I didn’t get this one myself, the excellent @spn-dc-con-2014 got him to sign it for me, but the legend goes that he had never played the game, and she explained it to him, SO NOW HE KNOWS

Mark: “My soul, heh heh heh heh.”

Hope: Rachel Miner

Me: “I couldn’t decide whether i wanted you to sign the ‘Meg’ card *hands her ‘My inner demons.’* or the ‘you’ card *hands her ‘Hope.’” Rachel: “Oh!  Oh, these are wonderful!  I don’t know!  What do you want me to do? Can i sign them both?” Her handler says no.  Me: “Whichever one you feel.” Her: “Hope.  Can i personalize it for you?” Me: “You don’t need to.” Her: “What’s your name?”

And that is the story of my DCCon signatures.  I can’t wait for my next game of CAH so i can have the added delight of remembering my con experience as i play!!  (And i can’t wait for my next con so i can get EVEN MORE CAST SIGNATURES!)
