I didn’t see 10×21 but I know that Charlie is dead, so did the show explained why Cas simply didn’t bring her back? Is it because Cas isn’t in a good tern with Heaven right now?

I don’t think he was meant to be in the episode and then Misha showed up on set because of a scheduling confusion, and everyone felt too bad to tell him to go home so they got the camera guy to jot down a few lines for him while he was in make up.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but Cas currently can’t fly, right? His wings are probably too damaged. When I remembered that, it explained well enough for me why he didn’t pop into the motel room to heal Charlie.
