God, I hate the term “unlearning”. It couldn’t sound more culty if it tried. “We have always been at war with Eastasia. Unlearn your problematic notions of any Eurasian war.” 

I am not “unlearning” racism and sexism. I am LEARNING equality and compassion. Knowledge is not a bad thing, and I will not use any term that implies it is.
