Many of us were gushing over hints to the End-Verse in the early part of the season, but the excitement fizzled out in the middle, I suppose because of the accordioning of the season made them more scarce. I don’t know if they were doing it as a homage (the season started in 2014) or if it’s going somewhere, but there seemed to be a lot of them.
