There’s a sign (presumably for a bathroom) that has a picture of a man and a woman on it, and then boom, Dean walks around the corner. The camera focuses on a sign with both a man and a woman, then turns directly onto Dean.

But I’m sure it’s just a coincidence, right? 😉
