It has taken me forever to find the time to finally read this, but I’m so glad I did. I’ve been watching for awhile now, but only really found fandom in season 11, so I missed all the awesome meta from past seasons. Following Lizbob’s rewatches has been both entertaining and educational.

This comment really resonates with me though because I joined fandom in season 9 and also felt like I’d missed SO MUCH, especially since I COULD have been in the fandom as far back as season 3 or so if I’d known it existed/actually caught up on the show as it was airing, so it really feels like lost time now I know how great everyone is, and not like I wasn’t an internet gremlin in all the intervening years >.>
And obviously by now usually only the really important early seasons episodes ever get mentioned or you see random gifsets go by and you’re like “when on earth was that!?” but there just isn’t that much meta for all the older stuff unless you really go digging for it. Having a project to slowly document my way through the entire show is really really fun and fills that gap, and I’m so happy my sitting here poking the show with a pointy stick is giving other people that feeling? It makes me feel like this:
That all said, there’s so much meta about 9×06 out there already on Tumblr idk why anyone would be excited to read 15k words more about it. 😛
