That sounds a little impractical, but definitely Crowley is speaking from experience. Also look at how Sam is taking Crowley’s comment as posturing (he’s kind of automatically bracing himself for confrontation, it seems) while Dean is just taking it as their normal banter lol.

I’m not going to post you a picture but I assure you, it can and has been done – and if there’s one thing you’re going to do on a demonic bender with triplets, that’s got to be on the top of the list.

One of the triplets didn’t seem that into him, though, so maybe the third one was Crowley himself.

There’s definitely a story here that is not for Sam’s ears.
