It’s a running theme that Cas has a hot female lieutenant and Dean is jealous. 

The second one is actually full on portrayed as jealousy in 9×22 and the Cas/Hannah relationship is romantically coded with fake kisses and an attempt at seduction as well as using the exact same feelings of worrying and focus to portray romantic feelings between Hannah towards Cas as Cas is portraying towards Dean.

But you know. We are reading too much into this.
