Like tbqh most of the discourse on this hellsite sounds like this to me:
1) This character stole some bread, they are the literal worst and if you like them you are personally endorsing stealing and are the literal worst.
2) This character stole some bread from my favourite character and DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE REDEEMED
3) This person drew art of this character stealing a loaf of bread and is romanticizing the act of stealing and is making fandom toxic.
4) This person wrote Problematic TM fic in which this character steals MORE LOAVES OF BREAD AND ISNT PUNISHED FOR IT how dare they.
5) I’m trying to make fandom a non toxic space for all of us so here’s a list of all the bloggers and artists who have created art which did not directly punish this character for stealing bread and on occasion have drawn them going on to steal more bread. Please don’t harass them =uwu=
6) How dare you even think of writing a redemption story for this character who once stole bread.

Even if Aladdin is a canon bread thief, do NOT make fic/art of Aladdin stealing bread!

* You’re allowed to make fic/art of fictional characters stealing bread IF someone once stole a bread from you AND you make a public post telling everyone the size of your loaf. BREAD ROLLS DON’T COUNT, IT MUST BE A WHOLE LOAF OR YOU’RE JUST FAKING.
* This person created shipping fic/art of a known bread thief which is AS EVERYONE KNOWS a complete and utter travesty and should never be allowed, because people who steal bread are also habitually unfaithful and can never be depicted to have stable relationships.
* This person ships a bread thief with a non-bread thief. I don’t care if it’s canon, the relationship is obviously doomed. You may only ship the bread thief with another bread thief.
* This person created an original bread-stealing character with whom to ship the canon bread thief. THIS IS SICK AND WRONG. You are endorsing the perversion of bread stealing and legitimizing unhealthy relationships based on theft and dishonesty.
* This character bought bread, but because I don’t like them, I’m proclaiming that the scene of them buying the bread looked like attempted bread thievery.
* This character has never stolen bread, however, based on a few remarks they made, they are obviously a bread thief.
* This character has never stolen bread on screen and nothing in canon suggests that they did, but I took some of their lines out of context and headcanon them as a bread thief. If you like this character, or if you ship them with someone, you are a supporter of bread thievery.
* If you do not publicly condemn bread thieves, then you are a bread-stealing apologist. Even if you would personally never steal bread in real life, if you do not speak out against it and/or if you see someone supporting a bread-stealing character and simply turn a blind eye to it, then that makes you a bread stealing apologist.
* If you are the victim of a bread thief, then you are allowed support bread-stealing characters as a means to cope, but only in private.
