One of the great things about this fandom is that there’s such a wide variety of opinions and headcanons, and it’s wonderful to hear about everyone’s theories and hopes for the show. But! I thought it would be interesting to take a poll and get a general consensus on how most of the fandom stands on certain topics (and also because I’m nosy curious. :D). I think it will be enlightening to see some of the trends, and maybe some members of the fandom will also realize they aren’t alone with some of their opinions.
There are 16 questions, ranging from general questions about other characters to specific questions about the relationship between Dean and Castiel (there IS a slightly NSFW question, nothing explicit, that asks about the more “physical” nature between Dean and Cas, so please don’t take this survey if that bothers you). This survey is entirely ANONYMOUS, your information is not required. The results of the poll so far won’t be shown, but when enough people have taken the poll to be a respectable sample size, I’ll make another post showing the results.
This survey is being conducted simply for fun and for the sake of satisfying curiosity. If you want to use the results of this poll as a topic for discussions or debates, that’s wonderful and welcomed, but please don’t use this poll as an excuse to start wank or broadcast hate. I’m not trying to single out anybody by doing this – the opposite, actually, I think some people might be surprised and heartened to see how many others share their opinions. Remember, the great thing about this fandom is that, no matter what opinion everyone has about the following questions, our love for Destiel is what brings us together.

A lot of people are asking when the results will be shown, so I’m thinking…tonight! I’m off to work all day for the next 8-10 hours, but when I get home, I’ll take a look at the results and share them all in a post. It’d be awesome if we could break 1,000 responses… the more people who share their opinion, the better chance we have of getting an accurate look at the fandom!
