That would be my reaction as well 😀
I find America and their reaction to unions to weird. I think in the UK, teachers have to be part of a union, they can choose which one though. And I think it depends on other careers as well, some you have to be in a union, others you can choose.
Basically corporations in America are determined to do everything they can to oppose and demonise anything that might try and make them pay an employee a fair wage
Or treat them like a human being O.O
I’m in a union, and some of the people at my store hate unions with every fiber of their being. I want to tell them to go work at Wal-Mart and see how they like being non-union. I sincerely doubt everybody would’ve gotten a pay bump when the minimum wage went up in my city, without them.
