Big dogs are more well-behaved pets.
Studies show bigger dogs usually have
better behavior than small dogs, but it’s
not because they’re inherently better
animals; it’s because of humans. We
tend to put less effort into the discipline
of little dogs because we assume they
can’t do as much damage- so larger
dogs typically end up having

this is extremely, extremely true and I always make a point to tell new puppy owners of small breeds to treat them exactly the same as they would a Labrador. If you wouldn’t let a 75+ pound dog do something, don’t let your 7.5 pound dog do it.
