I don’t think I’ve heard dean reference sex/a past sexual escapade in front of Cas in a LONG time. And even now, he couldn’t finish the thought and quickly changed the subject. Like why would he do that and look borderline guilty? For SAM? No, dean doesn’t care about talking about that stuff in detail with his brother.
