– So it could all be the same chick? Morphing into, uh, to different dream girls?
– Yeah, actually. Probably.
[4×14]
Hey, remember how Dean’s siren was a dude?
oh. my god.
i watched this episode on sunday and i just fucking realized the siren literally seduces dean through song.
In this scene in the bar, they’re testing each other on recognizing songs and naming their albums, performers, writers, etc. Dean’s totally won over by Nick when Nick knows more than dean about one of them! Like. On top of the fact that every single time, the siren is presenting the victim with a romantic/sexual version of a different relationship in his life (and we see this for BOTH existing romantic relationships AND platonic ones), and the siren says that he does it to be “in love,” not to just experience any kind of love, this just takes the fucking cake
no, not usually. If a heterosexual man wants to watch a threesome it will be m/f/f for sure. Why bother with the extra dick they don’t want to see! Why?
11×03 “The Bad Seed” “You’re right, there aren’t words, Cas. Cause there’s no need.”
Hands down probably one of my favourite moments of the episode. Even if utterly painful. That moment in the warehouse was the turnaround of 10×22 “The Prisoner” and I’m pretty certain that Dean remembered that confrontation between him and Cas from just days ago very vividly. There’s a reason to why he didn’t fight back, why he didn’t even lift a finger to defend himself. It’s because he didn’t want to, because he felt every single blow was earnt and well-deserved. But you know what probably does me in most? It’s how he shies away from a gentle touch and not just the possibility to be healed while he almost embraced to be beat up. We all know Dean is someone, who expresses love and care and devotion with his entire body. We know how much he craves touch and how much – and even if he wouldn’t admit it – cherishes hugs and being held. But he denies it himself. That is why this is so painful to me, because Dean is keeping his distance to atone for what he did to Cas. And he does so by keeping people at arm’s length (which Cas may understand the completely wrong way, which makes this even more freaking tragic), because he doesn’t think he is worthy of any expression of love and care. ;____; FML, I never asked to feel about a fictional character the way I do…
Because that is not a fucking joke, and it’s not an option.
Sam looks legitimately scared and Dean’s face automatically switches to “I’m going to kill you” mode.
Henriksen spent all his time focusing on Dean here (and in general) and either underestimates or completely ignores Sam and the threat he presents. Note that this is the line that wakes the sleeping lion in Sam. Prior to this, the agent didn’t even warrant a glance from Sam. Now, he has the younger Winchester’s full attention, and he’s not even aware of what a bad, bad thing that can be.
I re-watched this episode not too long ago with on netflix, and it’s not giffed here, but go back and look at Sam’s face when Victor insinuates that John sexually abused Dean. He goes from “oh shit, I may never see my brother again,” to “what the fuck did you just say about my dad?” in less than a second. Whereas Dean just laughs it off. Like, before that line, Sam is angry and concerned, but that line actually makes him sit up straight and glare at Vixtor.
