This is from the season 9 opening sequence. The lyrics are from the song that played during it, and most of the chorus “Who do you love” appeared during Castiel scenes. Just something fun to consider. Apparently most season openers include songs with lyrics that reflect Dean’s character journey for that year. So this season it’s dealing with Dean discovering who he loves.

Now, I’m not saying this points to destiel – BUT THIS POINTS TO DESTIEL. 😀
