this woman didn’t have an abortion, she knowingly took illegal pills to kill a late term baby and dumped it’s body in a dumpster behind a restaurant. i’m adamantly pro-choice but this is different…

The late-term baby thing apparently depends on who you ask. We’ve got one pathologist saying it was pre-viability and never took a breath, and another saying it was 25 to 30 weeks, and using an already discredited test to try to prove that the baby took a breath after birth. So, depending on the evidence, you could probably get her for using illegal drugs to do what she wanted, but feticide might be a stretch, particularly if it was before the cut-off when a legal abortion would be performed.
That is of course assuming that she even took the drugs, and didn’t miscarry, since no trace of them were found in her system. Either way, it’s a bad deal.
