This is what I think a good chunk of the time when I read my dash. Some people on here just need to get a grip. And if Supernatural is legitimately affecting your mental health in that negative a fashion, than you have a problem. It’s truth. Step away from the tv, perhaps. The computer too. Do something else for awhile. Play a silly game. Work on some hobby of yours.
Do anything but obsess over something that upsets you so much, because not only are you hurting yourself, potentially, you’re also destroying other fans’ enjoyment of the show. What you’re doing is not criticism, it’s utter pessimism. This stupid little show should be your escape, not the thing that only makes you feel worse.
