It’s fucking prison camps holding 1,400 children. that’s fascism

This is incredibly difficult to look at. I fear this will continue and he will commit even worse crimes against humanity. I believe the UN is sitting on June 27 to discuss the humanitarian aspects of Trumps decisions here.

Glad to see major network coverage of this

So sorry that this isnt snakes but… wow.

Republicans propose bill making it legal for police to kill protesters

betterbemeta:

The Indiana state legislature is considering an authoritarian bill that would essentially allow police to kill protesters with zero accountability.

Republican senator Jim Tomes introduced Senate Bill 285 in January, though it was given its first committee hearing on Wednesday. The bill authorizes city officials to use “any means necessary” to break up a group of 10 or more protesters blocking traffic, “even to the point of costing lives.”

Republicans propose bill making it legal for police to kill protesters

wilwheaton:

“In an investigation supposedly about actions related to the Trump campaign and transition team, Republicans did not call: Paul Manafort, Michael Flynn, Rick Gates, Stephen Miller, Sean Spicer, KT McFarland, George Papadopoulos, Sam Nunberg, Dan Scavino, Kellyanne Conway, Keith Kellog, or Reince Priebus. They didn’t call Aaron Nevins, a Republican consultant who openly worked with Russian intelligence to determine the most valuable stolen documents and sent that information to the Trump campaign. They didn’t call Natalia Veselnitskaya, who led the Russian delegation at the Trump Tower meeting, even though she had offered to appear. They didn’t call NRA officials, despite the $30 million they added to the Trump campaign or numerous contacts between that group and Russia. They didn’t bring in anyone from Cambridge Analytica, and settled for a video conference with CEO Alexander Nix, leaving Nix to laugh about how Republicans had only asked three questions and learned nothing.”

— House Republicans issue their see-no-collusion report, and Trump is ready to use it.

Jesus Christ was a brown Jew in the Middle East, conceived out of wedlock in an arguably interracial if not interspecies (deity and human) relationship, raised by his mother and stepfather in place of his absent father.  He may not have had a Y chromosome.  He spent his early youth as a refugee in Egypt, where his family no doubt survived initially on handouts from the wealthy (You think they kept that gold, frankincense, and myrrh from the wise men?  Hell no, they sold that stuff for food and lodging).  He later returned with his parents to their occupied homeland and lived in poverty.

The religion of Jesus’s people has no concept of a permanent hell and instructed its priests on how to induce miscarriages.  Jesus explicitly rejected the concept of disability as a divine punishment.  He spoke out against religious hypocrites.  He had enough respect for women to let his mother choose the time of his first miracle.  He blessed a same sex couple.  He told a rich man that he must give up his wealth to get to heaven, and also told a parable about a rich man suffering in agony in presumably Gehinnom (basically Purgatory) just to hammer the point home.  He told people to pay their taxes.  He declared “love your neighbor” to be one of the two commandments on which all laws hang.  He commanded his followers to help the poor.  He commanded them to help the sick and the needy.  He spent time with social outcasts.  He healed the servant of a high priest during his arrest rather than fighting back.  He was put to death by the occupying government because he was a political radical.

Trump and his administration are xenophobic, misogynistic, racist, fear-mongering, warmongering, tax-dodging, anti-Semitic, anti-choice, anti-welfare, anti-equal pay, anti-LGBTQIA+, anti-immigration, support tax cuts for the rich, support Citizen’s United, want to keep refugees out of this country, want to limit our ability to speak against the government, plan to abolish the Affordable Care Act, and they wrap all of that up behind a banner of “Christian family values.”  If you support them, you have no right to call yourself a follower of Christ.

CALM DOWN ABOUT NET NEUTRALITY.

Don’t worry. They still have to go to court.

But guess what? There’s something you didn’t know about the vote.

Get this: the vote was basically illegal.

You heard me right. Eric Schneiderman, American lawyer, said in Twitter: “I will sue to stop the FCC’s illegal rollback of #netneutrality. New Yorkers and all Americans deserve a free and open internet.”

Not only do we have another ally, but now we know that the vote wasn’t supposed to happen.

We’ve got this. Now the REAL FIGHT starts now.

And wasn’t suppose to happen because

  1. There was no research committee. Pai pulled “facts” out of his ass and  will now have to defend his “evidence” in court.
  2. There was a “voter fraud” in that many of the comments for the repeal was made by stealing people’s online identities. Pai could also be charged with identity theft.
  3. They blatantly ignored the millions of Americans who wanted to save net neutrality and yes the FCC is beholden to the people even if they aren’t elected officials.
  4. There’s a very very good chance Pai and the other three members who voted for the repeal are in the pocket of some of the larger corporations like Verizon and AT&T and could be charged with bribery if the case is dragged out long enough and they’re finances are investigated.

Not just identity theft.  Mass fraud, too.

I know for a fact that some of the fraudulent names came from various sources:  pro-NN persons, non-existent names, emails that were backtracked to Russia…Gods sakes, even names of the dead were used!

These are felonies.  Justice is demanded for these crimes.

For the Net neutrality and for the reasons, we must keep fighting.

Oh that remind me…

For those of you that either question or disbelieve the validity of AG Schneiderman’s claims of this being illegal…I come with proof, straight from the source.
